Pechmann Family Vacation: The Pechmans are headed on their annual vacation to their summer home in the Hamptons. They are taking the train all the way from their home in Savannah, GA. Along the way though, Adam Pechmann III, is found dead in his sleeping compartment. His wife, Evelyn, and their children, Adam, Amanda, and Ashley, and his brother, Ethan, are traveling with him. The murder occurred between midnight and 8am. He and Evelyn shared a drink, but did not sleep in the same compartment. Due to his thunderous snoring, he and Evelyn never share a bedroom. She woke up and went to his compartment to wake him where she found him smothered by his pillow. At their stop near Providence, FBI Detective Alex G. Goose was called to solve the murder. 

Arrival & Welcome Reception
Guests are greeted with a champagne aperitif and cheese selection upon arrival. The setting is refined—soft lighting, classical music, and elegantly set tables. Actors, disguised as fellow guests or staff, begin to mingle, subtly introducing the story’s intrigue.

Boeuf Bourguignon Tender beef braised to perfection in a luxurious red wine reduction, complemented by smoky bacon and sweet pearl onions. This classic French dish arrives with crispy roasted potatoes and vibrant green beans sautéed in butter—a complete, restaurant-quality meal that transforms an ordinary evening into something truly memorable.

Shrimp a L'Orange Our fresh cooked shrimp is glazed in a rich orange marmalade and  accompanied by fragrant couscous and crisp green beans.

Traditional Vegetarian Ratatouille A Provençal medley of stewed vegetables – seasonal vegetables including zucchini, squash, mushroom, green beans, asparagus, peppers, tomatoes, and onions – seasoned with our house Herbs de Provence and extra virgin olive oil.

Dessert and Digestif A signature creation from the pastry chef served with chilled Moscato D' Asti
