Can I order Little Mount Lavender products online?

Do you offer free shipping?
We currently advertise free shipping on qualifying online orders of $59 or more. Check the shipping options and final charges at checkout for your order.
How can I ask about an order, shipping, or returns?

What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, including personal care products, perishables, custom orders, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please contact us before sending any item back. Can I return an opened or used product?
Little Mount Lavender does not offer refunds on opened or used products that are not defective. If your product is defective, please contact us so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Who pays return shipping if I change my mind?
For an eligible, undamaged item returned because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, including the cost of a return label provided by Little Mount Lavender, if applicable. Contact us for return instructions before shipping anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly at littlemountlavender@gmail.com with your order details. If an item arrives damaged and we require it to be returned, Little Mount Lavender will cover the return shipping cost. For defective or incorrect items, we will review the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution before any return is sent.

Can I build a custom gift basket online?
Custom gift baskets are available in-store only at our Simpsonville and Middletown locations. Online gifts are pre-curated selections.

Workshops & Events
Do you offer candle pouring and kids' bath bomb workshops?
Yes. Little Mount Lavender offers activities such as Sip and Pour candle pouring and Kids’ Bath Bomb Potion Workshops. New dates will be announced as they are scheduled. Please check the current event listing before registering.
What happens at the Kids’ Bath Bomb Potion Workshop?
Each child creates five layered sand-art bath bomb potions to take home. Supplies, instruction, lemonade, and cookies are included. The workshop is held at our Middletown location. See the listing for registration details and current pricing.
